Return Process

  Initiate a Request

  Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.

  Receive Authorization

  Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate return shipping address.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the item in its original packaging including all accessories and cables, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the package.

  Inspection and Refund

  After our warehouse receives and inspects your returned unit, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
